"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Apparently both Leon and I can't do simple math after this workout. WE both added up each others scores wrong! Oops. I received a score of 314.
325. I think what held me back was the pullups, pushups, situps and squats. Oh,yeah, and the first grade arithmetic afterwards (sorry Carolyn). Everything else was a breeze.
293 on this one. I'll go over 300 next time.

sean - that's the site i mentioned that usually has youtube like videos of mma fights within 24 hours of them happening.
Think I had 239, unless it was 229.
Will probably try to pace myself a little better for the pull-ups next time.
I like this one a lot, though. Going on vacation in early August, and I think this will be one of those good "travel" workouts to take with me.
