100 Squats
30 Box Jumps, 20 inches
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5-pood
30 Sit-ups
30 Power cleans, 65 pounds
30 Burpees
30 Wall-ball shots, 20 pounds at 10-foot target
Run 800m

Tough one as always. I was doing pretty well until I hit the wall (burpees) and not long after that I reach the barbed wire at the top of the wall (run 800M)!
sign of a really good WOD: a lot of suck. this one had it. burpees AND wallballs?

this was a good one.
Good times at 20:27. Yesterday was a good warm up for today.
Super strong work from everyone today. Special congrats go to Kurt for grabbing the Top Gun slot on the whiteboard. Go Kurt!
