30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups

The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run.

This morning's Gazette had an article about the "trend" of gyms (Anytime Fitness, Snap) that are open 24/7 and usually have between zero and one employees working any given shift. Gazette articles are behind a paywall, so here's a link to a paper in Waltham that ran the same story:

26 - Pull-ups

6:59- 1 mile run

two minutes of each:
39 -rows
30 -30 lb thrusters
27 -20 lb med. ball cleans
61 -DU's
39 -pull-ups

16:59 total time
196 total reps

7:32 on the mile.

30 - Row
12 - DB Thrusters (20#)
14 - MB Cleans
19 - DU's (well, jumping real high)
16 - Pull-ups (red band)
